**Blink- Hide & Publish** app helps merchants to enhance their customers' buying experience by automatically managing sold-out products. With powerful filtering options, this app empowers merchants to integrate their stores by hiding sold-out items and republishing them once they’re back in stock, ensuring that customers only see products they can purchase. It also offers the flexibility to set specific time frames for hiding products and adjusting the shopping experience based on inventory availability. In addition to that, stay informed with email alerts that notify you of hidden or republished products, keeping you and your team up-to-date on inventory changes.&#x20;

### <mark style="color:blue;">Step1️⃣: Add New Automator</mark>

Get started by clicking on the **Create Automator** tab. Upon clicking, the app will take you to the Hide Publish Products (Automators) tab.

Once you enter the tab, click on the **Add New Automator** button on the screen. On clicking the Add New Automator button, you will be directed to the **Scope (Filters)** section of the Automator.

### <mark style="color:blue;">Step2️⃣: Apply Scope (Filters) and Rules</mark>

Now, go ahead and choose the preferred filter by clicking on the **Add Filter** option to select products. Alternatively, you can pick products manually by selecting **Manual Select Product**.

Once you’ve made your selection, simply click **Next** to proceed to the **Rules** section of the Automator.

Now, choose the most suitable rules for hiding and publishing your products, depending on what best fits your needs and click **Next**.&#x20;

You will be directed to the **Actions** section of the Automator. From there, choose your preferred settings for the hidden and published products from the available predefined options, and then click **Save** to create the Automator

Absolutely, you can easily undo or reverse actions for hidden or published products in your inventory by selecting the '**Revers**e' option in the **App Activity** tab. Please note that the App Activity section only displays the actions taken by the app within the past 48 hours.
